Studio Policies To maintain a high-quality experience for all guests, the following policies are in place. 24-Hour Cancellation Notice Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late Cancellations Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 30% of the scheduled service total. No-Shows Guests who do not show up for their appointment will be charged 30% of the scheduled service total and may be required to prepay for future appointments. Late Arrivals Guests arriving 15 minutes or more late may need to reschedule or have their service adjusted depending on the remaining time available. Chemical Service Disclaimer Hair results depend on previous color history, box dye, hair integrity, and realistic expectations discussed during consultation. Multiple sessions may be required to achieve certain results safely.
